Our ZXOQM series oil burner mainly consists of oil system, air supply system, gas system and electric power control system. The overall structure of the burner is shown in the right figure.

Fuel by the motor driven gear pump will be fuel oil transmission, through the solenoid valve control into the air cylinder through the injector nozzle and air mixing to form an atomized and fan to send the combustion air mixed with the automatic ignition combustion.

Flame detector (electronic eye) will be based on the presence or absence of combustion flame output signal to the PLC control template to determine the flame burning and extinguished. If the flame is not lit or ignited accidentally extinguished, the program will not monitor the electronic eye flow signal, that is, to determine the flame is extinguished, will immediately issue instructions to stop the fuel supply and shut down.

ZX0QM series fuel gas burners are mainly composed of three parts: air supply system, gas path system and power control system.

When the combustible gas is controlled by the control system to enter the combustion head of the burner, the primary air is mixed with the combustible gas, ignited and burned, and the secondary air assists combustion to achieve full combustion. The combustion status is detected and controlled by the flame automatic tracking system. When there is a combustion failure (lack of oxygen in the combustion chamber, combustible gas under-pressure, combustible gas flow cutoff, insufficient gas volume, etc.), the control system issues an instruction and the solenoid valve of the gas supply system is quickly closed. , cut off the gas power supply, the burner automatically purges and then shuts down, indicating a fault.

The flame detector (ion electrode) will send a signal to the controller according to whether there is an ion current signal in the combustion flame to determine whether the flame is burning or extinguishing. If the flame is not ignited or is accidentally extinguished after ignition, the controller will not be able to detect the ion current signal, that is, it will judge that the flame is extinguished, and will immediately issue a command to stop the fuel supply and shut down the machine.

ZX0QM series burners adopt mechatronics design, integrating gas supply, combustion, flame monitoring, PLC program control, etc. with the combustion fan to achieve fully automatic safety control.

The main performance features are as follows:

  1. Under the rated gas pressure, pass the rated gas volume and fully burn it to meet the rated heat load required by the boiler. The flame fills the furnace well and the combustion is complete, reducing the emission of harmful substances (CO NOX) in the flue gas.

Good installation of the burner is to ensure the correct and installation of the burner with the use of the premise of regulation, generally should be installed in accordance with the following steps:.

Burner in the installation is completed, put into normal use before the professional should be debugging and safety checks, generally according to the following procedures for debugging.

4, Combustion condition judgment: ignition success into the normal combustion state should be observed after combustion conditions, and appropriate combustion adjustment to achieve the best combustion state. Can be measured through the smoke tester or observe the smoke condition to determine the combustion state.

The burner can be put into normal use after the commissioning is completed. Daily operation is carried out in the following steps.

2, Start: open the power switch to start the burner, through the external control to start the operation. The burner will automatically switch between small and large fires according to the control of the equipment control device.

3, Stop:lf you need to stop running, you can press the emergency stop button and turn off the power switch to stop. When shutting down for a long time, the oil valve should be closed and the power supply should be cut off to ensure safety.

Note:After ignition failure or accidental flameout triggers the burner fault alarm, it is necessary to restart the burner after troubleshooting.

Maintenance shall be carried out in accordance with the following requirements.

  1. Check the connection of burner and its parts frequently to see if they are tight and ifthere is any change in their position.
  2. Each time before the start to check the power supply circuit and gas circuit isabnormal and start the operation process is not abnormal.

Burner overhauling includes the following;
